Shipping Policy - How Does it Work? 

We ship across Canada and internationally, providing fast and secure delivery options through trusted carriers.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Shipping Options & Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Order weight and size

  • Carrier options (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 2–9 business days

  • USA: 4–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)

Note: Rural or remote areas may require additional time.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly via the carrier’s site.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

TrendCity Norfth is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received

If this happens, please contact us and the carrier immediately. We’ll do our best to assist.

7. Local Pickup

If you're local to Shelburne, Ontario, you can select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
