TrendCity Norfth is not liable for:

  • Incorrect shipping info provided by customers

  • Lost or stolen items after marked “delivered” by carrier

You are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes for international orders.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which includes:

  • 14-day return window for eligible items

  • No returns for opened food, blind boxes, or collectibles once packaging is removed

  • Refunds issued only to original payment method, pending item inspection
