Refund Policy - the basics

At TrendCity Norfth, we stand behind the quality and uniqueness of our products. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, our return and refund policy is here to help!

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be in original condition: unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order # or receipt) must be provided

2. Items That Are Final Sale

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or consumed food/snack items

  • Blind box toys and mystery figures

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Vintage or one-of-a-kind collectibles (unless damaged)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability. If your requested replacement is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe returm

7. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at contact@trendcitynorfth.ca with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if needed). We'll guide you through the next steps.
